COLLEGES TO DISCUSS CAMPUS WIRELESS DEPLOYMENT AT 2006 ACUTA

WHO: Meru Networks, the global innovation leader in

WHAT: Meru’s Director of Product Management, Chris Gilby,

William Smith (HWS) Colleges, will discuss the university’s
wireless deployment in a session entitled “Meeting the Demand
for Wireless Connectivity” at the 35th annual Association for
Communications Technology Professionals in Higher Education (ACUTA)
Conference & Exhibition.
In the session, Mr. Ruiz and Mr. Gilby will describe how HWS
implemented a wireless LAN system that enabled the institution
to manage co-channel interference, improve wireless coverage and
reliably deliver high-performance, wireless connectivity for a
growing number of users and applications. They will describe the
benefits the network has brought to the campus environment.
ACUTA is an international non-profit educational association
